"Michelle's background and true excitement for helping clients navigate the complex real estate landscape makes her a perfect fit. We could not be more excited to have her on our Coldwell Banker Denver team," said Managing Broker Lane Lyon.
For sellers, I know how to make a property "show" ready. I'll guide you through proper prep, staging, and pricing of your home to help get top dollar. I'll be utilizing the latest technologies paired with a robust marketing plan, beautiful imagery that tells a story, and a strong online and social media presence for full exposure of your home. For buyers, I'm a focused listener which is key to getting you what you want. A storyteller at heart, I can find the hidden potential in a home and help you envision yourself and family in it. Then, I go the extra mile to make sure your offer stands out.
Both the entertainment and real estate market can be fast-paced, with high stakes, and often cutthroat. I understands the importance of correct timing, persistence, great communication, and attention to detail, all while building trust with clients and creating a stress-free experience. I understands that this is just as much of an emotional journey as it is likely your biggest financial decision too. I will be your biggest advocate.
Born and raised in Kansas, I am a graduate from the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk Jayhawk! My husband and I met shortly after college, in Wichita, where we married and bought our first home, an outdated duplex. We lived on one side and used rent from the other side to pay down our mortgage while we learned the value of sweat equity. We moved to Colorado in 2003, living in downtown Denver, then Lakewood, before settling into the community of Highlands Ranch. We also own investment property in Keystone, Summit County. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenage kids. Together, we take full advantage of this incredible state by hiking, fishing, camping, skiing, attending many high school activities, Denver sports, and local events. We love to host large family gatherings and entertain with the Rocky Mountains as our backdrop. If you are in the market to buy or sell in Colorado, or know someone else who is, or if you just want to say hello, please reach out. I'd love to hear from you!
